We accept exchange or return requests within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unopened and unused, with the original seal intact and in its original box and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been opened, used or unsealed.
Damaged or incorrect order: if your product arrives damaged, broken or not matching your order, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos showing the issue, and we will replace it or refund it in full — return shipping is on us.

Shipping fees: if you change your mind, return shipping is paid by the customer, and the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
